Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We did the Wagyu and Wine dinner and it was excellent and a very good value. The Wagyu burger was exceptional, the best you will ever have. And the Duckhorn wine was very good. Had the cheesecake and coconut cream pie for dessert. Cheesecake is superb, but not a fan of the coconut cream pie. Still, an excellent dinner with great service.

    It was my first experience here i enjoyed it with my girlfriend soon be wife and soon to be mother of my child everything was great!!! Cooked and seasons perfect!!

    Excellent food! Took my granddaughter for a girls day out. I got the sea bass and she got the chicken. Everything was first rate. My favorite restaurant in Memphis. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

    There were four people in our party one of which was vegan and one vegetarian. We have eaten at this restaurant several times and the options for vegan and vegetarian were always available but often lackluster. Also, the steaks that the other people in our party got were often cooked incorrectly. However, this visit our meals were perfect from beginning to end. My French 75 was superb and service was excellent. The steaks at our table were cooked perfectly. The vegan vegetarian option we chose was the stir fry. We were asked what vegetables we did or did not want and what spice level we wanted. The stir fry was delicious. I was so impressed with our dinner that I mentioned it to our wait staff who proceeded to tell me they had a new chef, Chef Sidney/Sydney (not sure of her spelling). I eat out quite often and Capital Grill is not usually one of my top choices. That has now changed thanks to Chef Sidney/Sydney. Kudos to Capital Grill.
