Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We've dined at 3 different Capital Grille locations over the years and never had a disappointing meal. Our server on this occasion, Danielle, was attentive, professional and personable.

    the entire staff and establishment are top notch professional delivering an exceptional experience. from the greeters/hosts who were amendable and communicated well getting the table together to the expert bartending staff where Shauna was extremely helpful hunting down wines and bourbons that were slightly above standard fare...to our waiter and staff led by Jon. excellent business meal, thoroughly entertained and my clients are elated. capital grill is my go to restaurant for friends and clients--especailly this location on the strip. its run exceedingly well.
