Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had the best dinner and service was top tier! We were out celebrating our 30th anniversary and they made it very special. Wonderful place to dine I highly recommend Capital Grille.

    No matter the location the food quality and experience are perfection. Every location has been no exception across the country Florida, Texas, Carolina’s and Vegas. Steaks, onion soup, crab cake appetizer entirely first quality. The best steak house value in Vegas for certain.

    Our experience from beginning to end was amazing. We were greeted by the hostess who was very pleasant and our server was just as great! They were very attentive and available for any questions we had. They even offered suggestions on the menu. Our drinks were outstanding and the food was excellent!

    We loved our experience at Capital Grille. The food was amazing, per usual. We ordered the wedge salad, roasted chicken with mushroom and Parmesan risotto, bone-in ribeye, sam’s mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. The drinks were great too. Highly recommend the espresso martini. All of the food was delicious and cooked as requested! Our waiter, Derrick, was fantastic. We were celebrating a birthday and had a lovely dessert on behalf of the restaurant. We will definitely be back. Love this restaurant!
