Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The calamari was old & soggy, the steak was lackluster and had no flavor. I ate a few bites and left. Not enjoyable.

    Fabulous! Our waiter Victor was so friendly & personable. I made the reservations online of course with Open Table & just neglected to note our special occasion. Long story short, Victor asked if we're celebrating anything & I said yes our anniversary. He was terribly sweet & did bring a flourless chocolate torte as a surprise & a champagne toast at the end of our meal. It was a great evening. As always the food was delicious & ambiance was just delightful! We do enjoy going to The Capitol Grille. Thanks so much!!!

    Dissatisfied experience for the price. Steak, just ok. Veal, still not sure it was veal?? You can do much better with any of the other fine steakhouses in JAX, this one isn’t it.
