   Capital Grille never disappoints always amazing food and service! We love this restaurant, we always go out on Christmas Eve to Capital Grille as it truly is a wonderful place to celebrate our Christmas Eve

   Service extremely slow. Waited an hour and half for food. They were very busy but that’s no excuse. If you can’t handle the volume don’t book the tables. Instead of a special occasion I spent the mean apologizing to my wife. This place fine for lunch but a real disappointment for dinner

   Reservation for 4 at 7pm. We arrived about 5 minutes early and were sat immediately. Longer than normal wait for food, but they were extremely busy and we weren’t in a big hurry. Enjoyed the dinner very much and took dessert home to enjoy later. Overall exceptional service and experience. Will definitely dine here again.

   Overall we did enjoy our dining experience. We had a glass of wine at the bar waiting for our table and the bartenders were very friendly. Our service at the table was also very good. What I am not happy about is the very pricey menu. It wasn’t a surprise obviously but it’s just crazy how expensive it has become to eat out especially if you want a steak.

   This was the perfect way to close out our wedding day. They generously offered us a private dining room for my new husband, our children and I to enjoy one another’s company. Our server was attentive and engaging. They brought all of the adults complementary champagne and two different mocktails for the two under age. As expected, the food was incredible. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Thank you, Capital Grille team!

    We've been loyal patrons of this restaurant for over six years, coming regularly for both lunch and dinner when frequently in town, but after today, we will no longer be returning. We had a 6:30 reservation to celebrate a major health milestone with my wife, and when we were seated next to the noisy kitchen, we politely asked to be moved to one of the several vacant booths that we usually enjoy. The host told us they were reserved for customers with reservations, and after a brief request for him to double-check, he confirmed they were unavailable. Although some still empty when we left.   To make matters worse, our waiter interrupting us at the most inappropriate time, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. It's disheartening to feel that our loyalty and the simple request for a more pleasant dining environment were dismissed. What happened to valuing long-time customers and respecting their boundaries? We won't be returning after this experience."
