Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Wonderful food (large salads, steak done just right, delicious sides), knowledgeable servers, good ambiance. The room where we were sitting had temperature control issues (one moment too hot then too cold). Overall though, it was a delightful experience.

Be prepared to wait, even with a reservation. We had a reservation but still ended up waiting 45 minutes in the lobby for a table - with no apology or explanation. Frustrating experience. Not what I expected from the Capital Grille brand!

My wife and I had an excellent experience dining with Colin and Yancy last night. This was our first time at Capital Grille and everything was perfect. Colin went above and beyond for us. One of the managers, Mary, also stopped by to say hi and she was very friendly as well. We will definitely be back!

Waiter was great (Preston) but food wasn’t as good as expected. Also ran out of the wine we wanted. Super crowded and loud.

It was our first time eating at Capital Grille and it did not disappoint. Very classy for a Valentines date. The steak and lobster were delicious and worth the price. The drinks were mixed by experts for sure! Great time overall
