   I don’t think the team planned accurately for the guests. The lead up to the reservations after confirmations should have had management team making strategic decision for a smooth evening. Instead, a 25 minute wait time was unacceptable for myself and other couples to be seated. The hostesses seemed overwhelmed and confused at the same time. The lobster Mac n cheese was good as well as the Capital Cosmo.

   I had 9:15pm valentines day reservation at the garden city location and it was honestly the worst ive ever experienced . My fiancé and I ordered crab cakes , salmon and lamb chops with a side of mashed potatoes and macaroni . Both him and I are regulars there and were so excited to visit again. The salmon was very bland with absolutely no flavor at all. My fiancé asked for his lamb chops to be butterflied and medium well. The lamb was very bloody , I wouldn't even consider them to be medium much less medium well . They were on the rare side. The macaroni was very dry with little no cheese on them at all. The noodle were less than al dente and undercooked. the crab cakes and mashed potatoes were the only good thing at the table. Im very disappointed and wished our experience would've been a lot better.

   The ambience was beautiful the food was amazing and the service was great, loved it. Would definitely recommend going.

   Food was delicious! And service was even better. What put me off was the lady at the front checking people in for their reservation. She is very cold , un-welcoming and non accommodating not even in the slightest. I asked if we could have a booth … which I wouldn’t have minding waiting but right off the bat she was very dismissive and very rude didn’t even try or even fake the fact that she would try to get us a booth. I didn’t get her name but she’s the older lady with brownish hair and was wearing a silver-shimmery dress.

   CapGrill is one of our favorites, the staff is very good and pleasent. The service was excellent, but the porterhouse for two was undercooked and then came back still a little under cooked.. Never send a steak back twice, so we ate it.. Not the best but is was good, but for the 160 price i’d get the ribeye special next time!

   Went for valentines absolutely perfect the rose was definitely a nice touch. Food was spectacular loved our table it was off the main dining room much more intimate

   Great service and food. The wait staff was attentive and the food was delicious. I enjoyed Capital Grille very much.

    Lobster bisque was not as good as usual. Ribeye steak was excellent as were mashed potatoes. The added lobster tail was a bit tough Staff is always efficient and pleasant The key is not to dine on a holiday!
