Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. It was our anniversary and when we got there, they had our table decorated and a nice card and we received an amazing dessert. Service was A+ food was A+ really made our 42nd anniversary special.

The Capital Grille is always one of our go to's, particularly in downtown Ft Worth. From having a Dirty Goose in the bar to a nice cabernet with dinner. The streaks and seafood are great, along with the sides... ours being roasted mushrooms and truffle fries. The staff is always attentive and informative.

For her birthday, she had Sliced Filet Mignon, and I had the Kona-crusted bone-in New York strip. The sides were Brussels sprouts, spinach, and mashed potatoes.

One of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. Hostess greeted us warmly and led us to our table. The server Matt was very attentive and kept our napkins folded, dishes cleared, and table clear of bread crumbs. Two managers came by to say hello- Matt and Alfredo. They are so friendly and kind and tried hard to make sure we had a good time. The food in our opinion is the best in Fort Worth. We highly recommend this restaurant!
