   An outstanding dining experience. I started with the shrimp cocktail, which was absolutely fantastic — large, perfectly cooked shrimp, elegantly presented. The fresh oysters were another highlight, exceptionally fresh and briny — among the best I’ve had in Texas. For the main course, I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes, and it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the mashed potatoes were smooth, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. The cocktail service was top-tier. I ordered an Old Fashioned with almost no sugar, and the server understood my request perfectly. The balance of the drink was spot on. Service overall was professional, attentive, and polished — a team clearly committed to hospitality. ✅ I 100% recommend this place if you’re looking for quality, flavor, and great service in Fort Worth.

   Paul! He was absolutely AMAZING! He made my birthday extra special. Some people are just made to be of service to human beings and Paul is absolutely one of those people. He was very professional, very attentive, an absolute gentleman. Because of him I will definitely be back. The food was delicious! Chef Todd did AMAZINGas well. Every bite felt like it was made with Love! Keep up the AMAZING WORK!

   The entire Capital Grill experience/evening was phenomenal! Ashley was an amazing server, as well as all the staff. The perfect place to celebrate our TCU Grads!

   We trust the Capital Grille with all special events. This time was my wife’s birthday. We got there an hour early due to our previous engagement finishing early. We were accommodated without any problems. Our table had a beautiful design with sparkling confetti and a pretty birthday card. Our server, Felicia, was amazing!! She was a wealth of information. She knew the food and bar menu like the back of her hand. She truly loves what she does, you can tell. BTW, she is a wiz at bourbon. She taught me a thing or two. Food wise, we started with the delicious calamari. For the meal we had the bass and the steak special which was cooked to perfection. We finished it all with the berry plate and a crème brûlée which had a Happy Birthday message and a candle. My wife was very happy. We had a great night.

    Our server was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately we came in for a medium rare steak but got a well done very dry steak instead. Very disappointing.
