Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Multiple large parties made it a bit louder than I would’ve liked. But the service was outstanding, and the food was excellent as always. So that made up for it.

    We went for my birthday on a Monday night. We sat in the bar lounge area, and it was pretty quiet, probably due to it being Monday night. We really enjoyed it because most places are very noisy these days. Karen waited on us, and she was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The service was meticulous. We've been going to the Capital Grille since it opened, and it has never disappointed.

    I gave it poor overall because I had requested a special table and was assured that the reservation was noted with the request. The hostess called me to say that we couldn’t have the table because a VIP was coming in and that they had to give it to the important person. To tell any of your guests that they are not important is very rude and bad business. It’s best to identify it as a scheduling problem and not that any of your customers are not important. Please polish your staff for effective and courteous conduct with your guests.

    Philippe was our waiter and the service was outstanding. Food was delicious as always. Steak was cooked perfectly. Cheesecake ended the meal with bruleed perfection. Thank you!

    Birthday dinner for my wife was outstanding, could not have been better. Janszen (our server) was perfect as was Rock who sat us. Special treat was the personalized birthday card when we arrived at our table, as well as the table decor for her birthday. Thank you for an amazing experience - we will definitely return. Nothing could have been better, and it exceeded our expectations.
