   Very slow service. We spent almost three hours there for a simple dinner and glass of wine. Then, waited forever for the check. Very different from previous experience

   Through the years, I have enjoyed visiting and dining at the capital Grille. As a CEO, I brought my executives and my family here for special occasions. Unfortunately, last night was a very poor experience. I took my wife for the first time and we had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in the front desk young women were extremely rude and dismissive. Despite having a reservation very early and being a longtime customer, we were seated in very uncomfortable places within the restaurant and they did not want to cooperate to get us a better table. I’m very disappointed in the service I received.

   Jake, Olivia , and David were wonderful . They were attentive,and provide very good service, made us feel very welcomed.

   Went here for my friend's birthday. It was a lovely time. Our waitress Kristy was exceptional! Also the surprise birthday dessert was spectacular!!! Amazing! Thanks too for the special table decorations and a birthday card for her. It was her 90th birthday and you made it very special!

   The wait staff paid attention to when the next course should be served. We appreciated having time to talk, eat and enjoy the evening. The only concern was the maintenance of the women’s restroom. I mentioned it to someone and hope it was rectified. Not a good look for Capital.

   We had reservations and we were going to be seated in the bar area next to a very busy area. We told them that it wasn't going to work for us so they seated us at the back of the bar and joined two small circular tables for our party of six. Because of this, I really didn't get to talk to my son and his wife. Very upsetting for Mother's Day!

   When you spend $120 on a bottle of champagne, it should be cold not warm.  Food did not come out at the same time I waited 15 minutes before my daughter‘s food came out.

    Perfect Mothers Day Brunch/Lunch. South African Lobster Tail paired with Filet Mignon, amazing! Also a cracked pepper New York Strip, again amazing. Server was great, educated in regard to the menu and very personable. Great job, thank you!
