Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We enjoyed a wonderful lunch as always. We come up from San Diego as much as possible. The onion soup is truly the best the world over!!

    Capital Grill always excels! It’s so nice to have a fabulous meal in an atmosphere where you can talk with your friends without having to shout. Service is always great, especially today with our favorite server Pedro, he is the best!! Thanks, we will be back!

    This place is usually solid but last night was a bust. There was a party middle dining room literally screaming at the top of their lungs and management and service neglected to intervene. I’m not a snob but it was way over the usual fun noise level. Service was sub par and the food took entirely too long to get to the table and when it arrived it was cold.

    We enjoyed the plates including salad, chicken, and steak. The cheese cake and chocolate cake were delicious. Our server and helper Royer did a great job of providing outstanding service.
