Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We have been coming to this restaurant for years and the food, drinks, and service are always the best. This time, we brought a couple that had never been to a Capital Grille before. Our server, Devon, went out of his way to make it a really special experience for them. We had a great time and can’t wait to go back.

We've been many times and love it! This time was not a great lunch. The soup was good! Steak prepared to order! Had to send my burger back twice as it was overcooked both times. Service was also very slow, waiting for replacements, food, and bill. Bus person was very nice assisting Mike. (#3) Many apologies, and the burger was comped. Wasn't that crowded for lunch. We felt a bit ignored. Hoping for better service next time.

Everything we ordered on the menu was too salty, too much seasoning, too much fat/butter. Not as much finesse as expected. Plates are very generous so be mindful when ordering sides.

Capital Grile never disappoints. Jim Lyman embodies professionalism which extends to all of his staff. Paul Calzaretta is fantastic at ensuring our dining experience is always special and the food is delicious.
