Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went during Charlotte Restaurant Week and it was fantastic! Our waiter, Sean, was excellent, attentive, and gave spot on recommendations. Can't wait to go back again!

    Not friendly or inviting The hostess that greeting us was not nice at all. She would barely speak to us, it was really odd, even my daughter noticed. Went during queens week, one tiny queens week menu to share, turned on its side at the edge of our table in between us(with no mention made of it). Two main menus sitting in front of us. Didn’t find the staff to be kind. Food was good.

    I am speechless !!! It is amazing when you can eat at a restaurant and enjoy every single piece of food you order . The food was absolutely amazing , the ambience and service was perfect . Thanks for owing my friend’s birthday memorable .
