Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My husband and I dined here on Memorial Day weekend and sat in the bar seating area. There was a table of four next to us that was extremely loud and throughout the two hour meal, used profanity the entire time. Other diners looked as appalled as we were, but to my knowledge, nobody complained. Additionally, a young gentleman across from us was vaping at the table next to us (!) To his credit, he attempted to hide it, but the smell was nauseating. I understand the manager was informed but failed to act on it. Lastly, our food was undercooked, but because we wanted to get out quickly, we did not bother informing the waitress. To note, the waitress, Colleen, was very nice and attentive, none of this is on her. We are semi regulars here and have never had an experience like this. My hope is that someone spoke to the person vaping and to the loud table, but I’m not confident that occurred.

    We always love to go to the Capital Grille in Burlington but last night was even better. Our server, Abby was truly amazing and made it an even better experience. We will request her next time we go.

    We had a wonderful night celebrating our sons birthday. Our server could not have been better! The drinks and food were delicious. The birthday dessert and champs was very appreciated and the picture topped it off!!! The perfect night! Thank you Cap Grille!! We love it

    Our server, Samantha was very attentive and professional. She checked in with us after dishes were served to make sure everything came out as ordered and checked in a little later to find out if we were enjoying. The food was top notch. An enjoyable evening from beginning to end.

    I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We were celebrating a graduation and were truly made to feel celebrated. The food was spectacular from start to finish. Our experience was magnified by the truly gracious service from our server, Ron. He was amazing! Thank you for making us feel special. We will be back.

    Due to the holiday, the food was not warm but felt like it sat for a bit. Not as good as on a regular evening. Considering the very high cost for a family of 5 not worth the money if the food is not excellent.

    Food was delicious...as usual! All steaks cooked as requested and a wonderful dinner for a family celebration. Jessica was terrific - great service, warm personality and fun sense of humor. Great night!
