Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. 2nd time dine in in the event of Restaurant Week. Only reserved for the last high table in the lounge. Very close to the entrance and ambience wasn’t desirable. Food was good as always. Our waitress Colleen was very friendly and cheerful. She’s frantic.

The experience was the best that we’ve had in the past 3 years at a high end dining establishment in the Boston area! Our waiter Gilberto and the staff made our anniversary incredible going above and beyond for us! Desert, a custom photo card ect! Thats aside from the amazing food quality and the way it was prepared! We will be back and back again for celebrations to come!

Kevin is a fabulous server. He went above and beyond and was so attentive. The food came out nice & hot. From the service, to the food, the experience was absolutely exceptional. The managers, Tatyana and Adam are always amazing & always check on you to make sure you’re enjoying your dining experience.

We had a table for two in the lounge area against the divider to the actual bar. Next time I would prefer to be a table away from railing. The food was delicious as usual. Drinks excellent. Service from Caroline was the best. So attentive and informative.
