   We couldn't ask for a better Anniversary celebration dinner. Chris, our server, provided impeccable service; efficient and not intrusive. Each course beginning with the tuna tartar, continuing with a perfectly cooked filet and ending with a flourless chocolate cake, was delicious. Capital Grille remains our favorite restaurant.

   The dining room is always extremely noisy as people feel a need to scream. However the food is always amazing. The filet mignon is always perfection and it’s my husbands go to dish. I ordered the lobster tail. It was about 10oz and really a perfect size for me. It was beyond fabulous as I love lobster. The cleanup lacks as we sat for too long waiting for our table to be cleaned. Overall we visit monthly and are always super happy.

   I have been jonesing for the bone in ribeye with mushrooms and balsamic. It did not disappoint. I went in for my birthday. Mason, our waiter, was fantastic. I plan on eating here more often.

    We brought our out of town neighbors with us to their first time ever to Capital Grill. Prior to them coming with us, they had not been impressed with any steakhouse they had been to in Boca and Delray. They loved it and gave it 5 stars. They were so impressed and now like us will always see Capital Grill as first choice for steak.
