Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Always great we love the Capitol Grill and are usually in every 2 weeks. The bar area is very noisy so beware.

    Our dinner was delicious last night. Our server, AJ, made our celebration so good! Capital Grille is my favorite restaurant and it does not disappoint ever. I cannot wait to return for our next celebration. Thank you!!

    Our steaks were perfectly prepared & cooked. We were disappointed that the lobster tails were Maine lobsters instead of South African like we’d had in the past. Our server, Jeremy, was great! Knowledge, friendly, attentive without being intrusive.

    The porcini rubbed ribeye with balsamic glaze is fabulous! The flavor is amazing and it was perfect to share with my husband along with a wedge salad and a vegetable side. Capital Grille was a great date night!
