Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     My husband and I came in for the Wagyu and Wine Pairing offering. It was delicious. I had the mushroom and Swiss and hubby had the sautéed onions and cheese. The wines were superb as usual. Another fine dining experience. ❤️

    I ordered the 10oz filet mignon and my 7 year old daughter ordered the 4oz. We ordered them both cook medium. Hers was medium rare and the permitted of mine was medium well but the middle was medium rare. The server took them both back and had them re-cooked. Still wasn’t cooked enough but we ate some bites. The put a sauce all over mine that was not good. Later that night I got so sick. For 5 hours I was in the bathroom. My bill was $123 and the food wasn’t even hot. I wouldn’t go back.

    Wonderful dinner. Donnie is a very attentive, very professional waiter. Staff is top notch. The wife had roasted chicken which might have been the moistest, tastiest chicken I have ever tried. My filet oscar was excellent, cooked as I asked and very flavorful. They make their own sorbet you can select for dessert and it is heavenly. I only wish it were not on Pratt Street; you battle terrible traffic getting to the restaurant and parking is a real bear.
