Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Brian was a phenomenal waiter and provided excellent recommendations. The wine list, cocktail list and food menus had amazing selections. The highest quality all around which led to an amazing night. Can't wait to go back!

    Great restaurant, we attended for years, however, in a past decade it has been loosing its quality. Service is excellent as usual, location is great but food quality is very average, I really miss the quality once it used to be!

    The staff at The Capital Grille were incredibly polite and helpful. Our waitress was excellent, providing great recommendations and ensuring we had a fantastic experience. We were seated right away, and the food was absolutely amazing. They also went above and beyond to accommodate a special birthday dessert, which made the celebration even more memorable. Thank you for helping make her birthday so special! I will definitely be back soon.

    Great experience! Paul, out server, was outstanding. He was very attentive, but did not overdo it. The food was delicious. I had the Filet Oscar, which was outstanding. We all had a great time celebrating my son's birthday.
