   Great as usual. Best meatloaf in Arizona! Very close to the Phoenix Theatre and other entertainment venues.

   Our server was J, he was AMAZING. Well, except for the fact he’s a Hawkeye. 😂 Loved him, the food and the vibe. We’d definitely recommend and we will be back!!!

   We celebrated our 20th anniversary and the food was amazing. Service was even better and we had a great time. We would definitely go back again.

   Food and service are awesome. Only issue a very large tv in an adjacent room played an infomercial for our entire meal. Some sort of device that you place at your feet and peddle.

   Unfortunately my soup did not come out before the meal but instead came after the entree was served. It was warm and no compensation was offered. Service was spotty as we had to flag down our server to refill our beverages. We have had better meals and services in the past so this may have been a one time issue.

   If the “service” of a restaurant starts with the interaction with the hostess, then this restaurant FAILED on its first impression. Train your hostesses to welcome patrons, and be thankful they honored the reservation time. Arriving 8-10 minutes early shouldn’t be addressed with, “We’ll sit you at your exact reservation time. Please wait for the text.“ The place wasn’t crowded yet, so we could have sat and had drinks while waiting at our table. You’re a hostess at a restaurant that gets most of its business during events and concerts, so be courteous. Or least pretend that you like your job. You’re standing across these customers who are waiting to be seated, giving patronage to this business. Instead you huddle like gossiping mongers, caring more about the phone than real customers… Arrogant indeed!

   The food was very good. Dessert was awesome. Service was great. A little noisy and the wine list could be larger. Of what choices there were, they were good.
