   Great food, but the restaurant was a little cold for comfort. San Antonio was experiencing a cold snap, but you have to keep a comfortable environment. Definitely go for the food!

   We were disappointed, as we dine at all the local Churrascarias as well as order delivery frequently. Something was off last night, maybe new staff that needs training or new management that needs more oversight of staff... We have never had to ask for anything at Texas de Brazil... water is refilled, sides are delivered, they follow the red/green for meats. But last night we had to constantly look for our server and make multiple requests - for water, for sides, for meats to come by, and to level our table which was rocking. While we were both still enjoying our salad, soup & cocktails (with card on red) several guys came over to ask if we wanted meat... I was having salad bar only, so nobody was made aware of that because they kept balancing lamb chops next to my face & asking if I wanted various meats, also they seemed loose with the knives & I was almost poked by one of them. It was my husband's birthday (he requested to dine at Texas de Brazil to celebrate) and nobody acknowledged that until we finished, and he had already left the table. Never offered dessert. Very strangely lacking in the usual top-notch service. The Host/Manager did made efforts to make things better and nudged the servers. We also both had terrible stomach issues immediately after the meal & all night, so something wasn't right with food or the ice or something! Not their best night for sure. Hopefully they get the team up to speed!!

   All of our servers were amazing and so friendly, the food was delicious and cooked to the perfect temperature! Wonderful family night!

   The staff was nice we were seated right away. The atmosphere was nice. The salad bar was very tasty.

   The meat quality was substandard. At the end of the meal, all 3 of us had our plates 3/4 full of food we didn’t like. I’ll stick with Chama Gaucha which is 10 times better.

   I celebrate my birthday at this restaurant every year and glad it’s always a nice experience. The lamb chops and picana are the reason why I chose this restaurant. Absolutely delicious and tender. The salad selection is large and compliments the meats beautifully. The only downside was my mixed drink, which I returned twice because it wasn’t appetizing. Other than that, I had a wonderful dining birthday experience. Cheers

   Had to wait more than 15 mins for our table even with a reservation. Waited at the bar for almost 15 minutes to order a drink while waiting for our table. Bartender did not even acknowledge me even though there were only 2 other people at the bar. When we were seated, took more than 10 minutes for our server to come and take our drink order. Food itself was excellent.
