   Our first and last time here. Celebrating 4 December birthdays we thought to make a reservation and do a fun night out. It started with two in our party running a little late. They wouldn’t seat the remaining 8 of us until they got there but made sure to let us know there was a 2 hour time limit from the airport time of our reservation. We insisted to be sat. One waiter (shouldn’t have taken a large table alone along with 4 other tables) missed half our drinks. Messed up the other half. Didn’t open the bottle of wine we purchased after the 10 min explantation- that took another 20 mins. Never asked how we wanted the bill split then sat and waited another 35 mins just to have the manager split the bill. All sides were never brought to the table. Table service stopped coming after about 30 mins into actually getting food started. Overall it was not a great experience at all! Will not be back.

   Reservation at 7:45pm didn’t get sat until almost 9pm. Server was so slow at bringing drinks,desserts and bill. Also very hard to get someone to clean up dirty plates from table. Overall food was worth the price but could work on the service.

   The food was delicious. The service was good. Ask for a seat by the window facing Campus Martius. Set us by a frosted window with no View. Other than that everything was enjoyable.

   Place is very nice. Decor and ambiance are great. What isn’t great is the lack of a damn bathroom. For a restaurant that seats around 200 patrons or more, they have one stall for men, No urinal either, and one stall for women. For a restaurant that serves meat, to have only one bathroom is crazy. A McDonalds has bigger bathrooms. There is a bathroom down the hall outside, but it is locked and restaurant does not have a key. Security needs to be called to open the door. Also, I know this is a Brazilian style and most servers are from Argentina, the language barrier was so hard. Waiter couldn’t understand me and I definitely couldn’t understand him. I wanted a drink from the bar, and they didn’t have ingredients to make two, and then the local beer I asked for they didn’t have either. Wife ordered an Espresso Martini and that was made incorrectly also. No coffee was used. They also do not carry any NON Alcoholic choices besides water or Brazilian soda, for those in my party who cannot drink alcohol. Wife knew on Saturday they have prime rib. Wife asked for this directly to waiter and it never came. The options that did arrive were very good and cooked perfectly, and portions were nice. You do need to eat an exorbitant amount of food in order to make the $60 per plate cost justified. I do understand you pay for the experience. But I was underwhelmed. My son did tell me that the restaurant in Troy is way better. Cheers! Jeff L.

   Service and food were excellent! We enjoyed a variety of food from the salad and soup bar, plus good meat options. The only downside is the restaurant is quite noisy.

   First of all, the service was absolutely outstanding. Our waiter attended to our every want and need. Great service will always ensure a return visit. The food was tasty from the salad bar through dessert. I could have stopped ordering after the salad bar because the variety and quantity should have satisfied me. But when the meat started coming, especially the bacon wrapped chicken, I could not resist.
