   This 40th birthday dinner was horrible, the server was good, but was trying to also service a 30 person party, we were sat next to unknowingly. Half way through our dinner the 30 person party started exchanging gifts. And then regifting started after that, it was turned into a mess, screaming and carrying on. We brought it to the manager’s attention to no avail. He said he could not control people’s actions. By this time we were just thinking about getting away from the noise and commotion. This Restaurant staff couldn’t tell this was a 30+ semi Christmas party when booking the reservation, or even after they were all sat? This was a group reservation of 30+ people, and the staff didn’t think there would be a noise or congestion problem? My family has been a guest of this restaurant several times, and have never seen this kind of a problem before, and the manager could not see away to take care of the problem, just “can’t control people’s actions”!!!

   We had an amazing dinner, and the service was outstanding too! We started out at the salad bar, which was great and fully stocked. (I loved their homemade blue cheese dressing). As soon as we flipped our cards to green to signify we were ready for the entrée (meats), it came with overflowing abundance!! We were sooo full leaving! What a great experience!

   Even though our server, Sofia, and gauchos have many other people to take care of, they provide a wonderful service as if you were the only ones who they need to pay attention to. Meat was delicious as usual. Caipirinhas of course are a must especially during the Happy Hour!

   Food was great! The service was ok. Had more meat on our plate than water in our glasses. Not a huge problem…. But it would’ve been nice to drink while you ate. The bananas were on point!!! Even got some to go! Overall wonderful experience! We will be back!!!

   We love going to Brazilian steakhouses and we thought this would be a great place to celebrate new years at... Unfortunately it fell completely flat. Service was awful and unfriendly. The place was very dirty and the bathrooms looked worse than at a gas station, toilet paper and even diapers on the floor. The meats were so dry and over salted. So disappointing to spend $175 for 2 people and get this sort of experience. We won't be back again and we will just stick with Fogo de Chao which is cheaper and the quality is much much better.

   This is our 4th time coming here, we always had a great time, food is always great, buffet s clean and fully stocked and the service is very attentive. The meats are perfectly cooked and a wide selection!

   New Year’s Eve. The place was packed and everyone seemed to be in a festive mood. The staff was incredible. How they handled all the people so efficiently and pleasantly was amazing. Kudos to all.

   Good variety. Waiters were very busy. Had a little trouble being timely with beverages. Were attentive when it came to keeping fresh plates on the table. B+ tonight.

    Wonderful New Years Eve experience. We arrived right on time but did receive a notification that our table was ready 30 minutes early. Were seated immediately despite the holiday crowd. Service was amazing. Our main waitress was extremely attentive and took the time to make drink recommendations.
