What a wonderful birthday experience! We were made to feel special from the moment we stepped in the door. Food was delicious, and portions generous. The lemon chicken was a delight! Despite booking late we were allocated a fabulous table, and the small treats for my partners birthday really was the cherry on top. A lovely experience on a cold and sunny day in Central Park! We’ll be back!

Excellent! We have lived our whole lives in the NYC Metro Area and have never been to Tavern on the Green. I was wondering if it would be too touristy but it was fantastic. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with lunch and our waiter Chris was great: attentive and prompt without being overbearing. The food was impeccable and the dining room was amazing. We would definitely go back.

Our return to The Tavern on the Green was disappointing. The service could not be faulted but the menu was limited and the quality of the food poor. Grossly overpriced for the quality.

Exceptional experience! From the moment your met at the front you feel like the most important person in the room. We were celebrating our anniversary (40) and we were surprised while being served dessert. Could not ask for a better way to celebrate. Many thanks to Tavern on the Green next trip to NY, we’ll be there for dinner 🍾🥂

Great, iconic place with such style and class. Beautiful located in Central Park with such a quaint atmosphere! The food was outstanding!!! I will definitely go again when I’m in New York.

My sister came from NC to enjoy a bday in NY and I treated her and a friend to lunch today at Tavern. We had a ball! Everything was delicious and the desserts were incredible. And to top it off, our waiter, Jeremy was the best.
