We only go to TMI on special occasions. It’s 40-50% more expensive than other local Mexican and not much better food.

Nice staff and comfortable seating with good ambiance. The food sounded better than it was. Short rib was a little overcooked and dry. The carne asada was very fatty and not well seasoned. The cauliflower and Brussels sprouts appetizer was good. We got the top shelf margaritas. At $14 each, they were pretty weak. It was ok. If we go back, I would stick to basics like the burger or enchiladas.

It had been many years since we dined here and it was a great reminder of a wonderful restaurant! Our server was awesome and food was delicious!

Our server was excellent, super friendly and attentive. Drinks were delicious and I recommend the creamy chicken tortilla soup. When I placed my reservation, I wrote please seat anywhere but the bar. They walked us right into the bar area and directly behind the kitchen door where food, pots and servers are coming in and out. If it was packed in there, I understand ignoring the no-bar seating request but there were at least 6 empty tables and 3 needing bussing. That spot is definitely the worst seat in the whole place. Hosts, please take this into consideration since we make a reservation in consideration of you. People write in requests for a reason.

Excellent place with good food. Loved our server. Warning that you must have your ID with you to order any sort adult beverage. My wife, who is 53, was asked for her ID and had to go to our hotel to grab it. A table next to us had an 81 year old woman declined to order a beverage due to not having her ID. Staff do a great job with this as it isn't their fault at all. Highly suggest this place, just make sure you have your ID!
