Taberna de Haro is a neighborhood restaurant that serves the authentic cuisine of Spain, including tapas, entrees, sherry, and over 150 Spanish wines. The hospitality is warm and the food has integrity! Whether you choose a leisurely dinner with our famous Arroz Negro or a quick dish of Gambas al Ajillo at our bar, your senses will be gratified. Our open kitchen sends out seductive aromas of roasted Featherbrook Farm chicken, grilled fish, sautéed artichokes and griddled mushrooms - you will be transported to Spain! The Iberian ham is cut to order, the black paella is sultry, the eggs are free-range, the Patatas Bravas are hand cut, the octopus is perfectly cooked, and the anchovies are plump, and the exquisite, imported olive oil is downright drinkable. The wine list offers Spain"s most intriguing wines, and has won awards from The Wine Spectator, The World of Fine Wines, and The Wine Enthusiast as well as local awards.

This cozy tapas spot at St. Mary’s on the green one has been around for a while, and has always been lovely, but it seems to have a fresh buzz and energy about it — more tables, greater density, a little more of a nightlife feel to it. A great experience, the food was excellent. It was occasionally a challenge to hear one another talk due to the general din. Spanish tortilla done to perfection, all the dishes vibrant with spice, and an epic list of bottled wines. (Small curated list of wines by the glass.). Great date night!

I should’ve known from the reviews that the food would be delicious! Everything was delicious and the cocktails were generous and well made! The staff was extremely friendly. The only thing that would have made this experience better, would be if they had more comfortable chairs and tables. The chair was digging into my thighs throughout the whole dinner.

Amazing food and drinks. Especially loved the choricitos and the goat cheese toast, as well as the trufas for dessert. The staff were great and we loved the ambiance.
