Everything was exceptional . Our server personable & efficient ; the food out of this world - escargot ( best ever ) ; raclette ( you’ll think you’re in Switzerland ! The chef came to our table - delightful. The manager was perfectly present. The place has a wonderful buzz. If you’d like to experience Switzerland an save the flight - Swiss Chalet, Vail

The restaurant is nice, the food is ok, Filet Mignon was really good, what we did not like was the service, our server got a $150 tip and we paid cash, I gave more than what the bill was and was obviously expecting my change back, and the server got mad at me when I asked for the change back, I mean come one, you are getting a $150 tip and you still want the change for what I paid???

Excelente restaurant para fondue y raclette Los quesos , carnes y verduras Además de las salsas hacen que la experiencia sea de los mejores treat de la Zona y el mejor de su estilo . Los meseros con un servicio espectacular Y el Postre con Nutella fondue y frutas son un gran cierre

The truffled cheese fondue was watery and had no taste of truffles. The chocolate fondue dessert was really small to share. Too pricey for the quality. Used to be a great fondue option in Vail.

El gerente y la hostess personas extremadamente groseras, no tuvieron la atención de brindarnos una mesa accesible para silla de ruedas y, al contrario, nos dijeron que lo que nos daban era lo único que había y si no estábamos de acuerdo nos podíamos retirar
