At Strega North End, the staff is welcoming the minute you approach the entrance of the restaurant. Service is always with a smile and never rushed. Mama's meatball is a must when you dine there! A family/friend favorite for us is the Fettucine Strega. On the busy weekend nights, dessert and coffee are not served but that's not a problem. Stroll the North End after dinner and you'll find many options for your sweet tooth.

Loud, noisy and waiter had no personality. Felt like we were being rushed to finish dinner in under 1 hour. Would not go back again.

My daughter and I came in the night before my surgery at Mass , deciding to treat ourselves to a wonderful meal. I am Italian and I rarely choose Italian when I'm going out for dinner. Then I found this gem. The reviews were spectacular, and although a little bit pricey, in terms of what we usually can afford, we just went for it! I could go on and on, but to summarize it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten in my 58 years . We were seated promptly and served quickly, and the food was just beyond my expectations. It was, indeed, the exact experience I was looking for an a true treat in every way.

The service at Stega was excellent. We enjoyed our meal, but thought the salads were premade. Pasta dishes were good. The noise level was very loud as it is a small space.

This past Saturday we had the pleasure to return to Strega North End with good friends of ours, which was another phenomenal experience. The entire team was great and so welcoming as always but in particular we want specifically recognize our waiter Carlo. He was absolutely amazing and only we only wished we could have stayed all night in his company. Upon learning we were Portuguese he told us of his visit to the Azores including my home island of Pico. What an amazing night this past Saturday was at Strega North End. We can’t wait for our next visit. The Mendonca’s Taunton, MA

This was my first time at Strega and we enjoyed ourselves! The drinks were AMAZING and food was delicious. The service could’ve been improved more, as we saw more of the wait staff than our waitress itself. Also, we were slightly disappointed that there is no coffee/espresso on the menu. It would’ve been an ideal treat after the meal.
