   I was there last night to celebrate my BF's birthday, They truly made him feel special. The host was very nice, and our server, Jeff, was attentive. We were delighted with his service. Food was delicious, from the warm bread to the salad and the perfectly cooked steak. The smooth music and the lighting were such a vibe. I will definitely be coming back.

   The service was excellent. The food, however, was quite disappointing. Especially for a $700 bill. I might just stick to drinks going forward.

   We were seeing a play down the street and, someone gave me a gift card or we would not have gone. And, the food was pretty good. Everything cooked to order, served hot. We are not new to high-end steak houses and for such restaurants, we have expectations. First, it was VERY expensive as steak houses go. Much higher than similar places, even in Beverly Hills. And if that were it, it would be great. Service was absolutely terrible. We had to wait to check in. There seemed to be only one waiter and no other staff. Everything took too long. No one ever refilled our water glasses. No one ever asked if we wanted another drink. We had to ask for the check after we sat there for about 5 or 10 minutes after we told them no desert. My wife had to ask me for my water since no one ever came around to re-fill the glasses. One of the most fundamental parts of eating out. And, the restaurant was not crowded. It was maybe half full. But, at those prices, there is no excuse for this level of service. To be clear, I don't think it was the waiters fault. I think they were vastly understaffed, which at that price, is inexcusable. There is no way the management could not know about that. The manager could have come over to apologize and offer a free desert or something, but, they simply provided terrible service. We asked for them to package our leftovers (lots of sides at $22 each) and they did not. Never saw them again. We had dinner at Texas Roadhouse a few days before, and while the food is not quite as good, STK could learn a thing or two about service from there. As for ambiance, they have Formica tables with no table cloths or place mats. It is on the ground floor with the only view, of the patio. It is in the W hotel so maybe no one else cares. Oh, and after spending around $550 for 3, we had to spend $26 for parking. What a deal. Unless you have lots of money to burn, I would stay away.

   Jeff was our very knowledgeable server. He tended to the table attentively and graced us with his charm. I would definitely go back anytime Monday through Thursday to have him as my server again! Food was delicious with his great suggestions! 10/10 would definitely recommend! ~Chao

    The food was nothing close to what I have had at STK in Las Vegas. The food was not good at all. The food was not worth the money spent. The steak was tough and not much flavor. The ambiance was not at all what I expected. I unfortunately will not be coming back. Not worth the money spent. Overpriced.
