Every time the food is top notch, the service exceptional, and the ambience lively. I always get the lechon with congri and it does not disappoint. My partner had the ropa vieja and it was great. Meanwhile, you can get a taste of the locally-grown produce at one of the area's restaurants. In fact, folks like to come up from Louisville and enjoy the farm-fresh taste of green beans, potatoes, and salad fixings. The area’s country diners serve breakfast entrees with homemade biscuits and apple butter. For patrons who like a wide variety of flavors, the Starlight community provides some Asian and European-based cuisine. You can get Chinese specialties like Mongolian Beef and bubble tea or the continental taste of French onion soup. If you're in the mood for spice, then you should try Starlight's version of Tex-Mex.
