Stables Ranch Grille at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. Friendly service, fine-casual cuisine, and a comfortable atmosphere combine for a rustic yet upscale dining experience with incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Two dining rooms, two patios, and a large bar provide several areas to dine or relax with a tasty beverage.
You won't want to miss our famous bar complete with saddles for barstools.

Chase was fantastic in finding us a table when our party grew from 2 to 5 people. Monica in the bar made a great martini for us.

Nice view, food is great, I had salmon one night that was done perfectly moist not dry . I had a 6oz fillet done medium rare done to perfection. Highly recommend to go if in the area.

Stables Restaurant at Tubac Golf Resort was a very nice dinner experience. Our waitress Martha’s was lovely: friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. Our meal was delicious and served timely. The atmosphere was comfortable, and we enjoyed a beautiful evening view of the golf course from the indoor dining room. The prices were a tad on the high side; however, for a fine dining experience, it was well worth it. We would highly recommend the Stables Restaurant at Tubac Golf Resort for a lovely dinner.

Went in looking for prime rib and it just so happened to be the special that night , perfect! . Also, really hoping to have carrot cake for dessert. That happened to be the dessert of the week! Excellent service, great food, great friends and conversation. Great night!

The special was lamb with mushrooms and buttered egg noodles, it was enjoyed by two guests and outstanding! My other two guests ordered the pork schnitzel, the only positive was the fried potatoes, the pork schnitzel was tough, could not cut it with a butter knife, had to request a steak knife and the green beans were very al dente. Service , wine and view on the patio were excellent. Spanish coffee was underwhelming, no sugared rim and no whipped cream.

Food was fantastic as always. Service was wonderful. Sticker shock on prices, but that is the way it is everywhere now. Will definitely return. Filet Mignon is always prepared perfectly.

Stables is a restaurant we have visited several times and the food is always adequate ..it has yet to reach the “knock -my -socks off” status, but It’s pleasant enough to have us return. The cheesecake however is perfect in every way!! Service is always excellent…attentive and friendly! The atmosphere and view are definitely a positive addition to the experience!
