   I love Sottto! This was my husband’s first time there and he was impressed. Delany was our server and she was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious, as always!

   The food was outstanding! We were celebrating my daughter and her new fiancée’s engagement. The atmosphere was fabulous!

   True Italian, quality food. The server was very helpful with recommendations. We chose to do family style with a variety of plates to try.

   Fabulous as always - never disappoints! Our server, Leah, was professional and engaging - will ask for her again! Everything was delicious, from the cacio e pepe, pork tenderloin to the branzino!!!!!

   Everything was delicious! Our server Meg recommended the tuna and egg bread and we loved it. We tried the arugula salad, short rib pasta, and of course the donuts. Everything was top-notch!

   We ended up here by grabbing a last-minute reservation after leaving another area restaurant before we even got drink service. We were so disappointed in the other “well-known restaurant” that we were looking for somewhere else to go quickly to celebrate our anniversary as we couldn’t imagine staying at there for an entire dinner. We ended up being able to grab a last-minute cancellation spot at Soto and we’re so happy that we did! The service was incredible, The ambience was perfect and our server was the best! we cannot wait to come back and cannot recommend this place enough.

   disappointing overall. to start, we made this 4:30 dinner reservation before the nutcracker ballet at 6:30. we informed our server, ben, of the ballet and he said he’d get us out by 6:15. we gave him our 1st and 2nd course order and received our 1st course (octopus, tartare) promptly at 4:56. to our surprise, our second course takes ~40 minutes before arriving to our table; no, we didn’t time it, we reviewed the time stamps of our pictures taken. we received little information about when the food would be coming out, only one check up. it is now 5:35, ben checks on us after we finish our 2nd course (cappellachi, pomodoro). at this point, we knew there wouldn’t be enough time for a dessert so we request the check. we pay, but it takes another 10 minutes before i receive my change back. truly disappointing since my past dining experiences here at sotto have been spectacular. my date and i both work in fine dining that prioritizes customer experience, so we understand the importance when delivering a memorable service. it is the holiday season, but we also understand the importance of checking up on patrons in the event of longer ticket times.
