Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. In addition, the wine list offers more than 500 selections and is a Wine Spectator Magazine award-winner regular.

We love Soby’s! We drive down at least once a year to experience their cozy upscale ambiance, incredible service, and shrimp and grits! Chloé is an incredible waitress and we are always so excited when we get her! The food is always top notch and consistent. We have loved everything we have tried!

It was excellent as it always is and always has been. Our server was top shelf—as was the bar staff where we had cocktails before our reservation. Soby’s is a downtown Greenville icon you can always count on to deliver an excellent dining experience year after year.

We had a great brunch at Sobys! We sat at the hightop tables beside the open doors/windows and the weather was perfect, The food and service was great as always.

First time at Soby's. Wait staff very helpful with suggestions. She crab soup excellent. Collards and truffle Mac and cheese delicious but had to be sent back to kitchen to get hotter.
