   We’re so glad we chose Skull’s last night to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We had never been before and it is now on our list of special event places!

   This restaurant is an absolute gem! The music set the perfect vibe, the ambience was cozy yet sophisticated, and the food was nothing short of incredible. The highlight for me was the lobster bisque—rich, flavorful, and downright unforgettable. Every detail, from the service to the atmosphere, made for an exceptional dining experience.    Tuesday night 7 pm res busy not crowded. Seated immediately next to stage. Table was too close to other tables. Was bumping all night. Service a little slow (I was hungry). Nice bourbon selection. Waitress Lea was wonderful. Wife had escargot, I had Caesar salad. Both exceptional. Next she had the roasted half chicken and I had the house special pork chop. Again, both were excellent. All this to the backdrop of fantastic dinner club trio jazz with female cabaret singers. Too full for dessert. Memorable and recommended.

   This place is a very special dining experience. Nowhere can you find a spot with live jazz and mellow music in the middle of the dining room. This type of thing seems like a bygone era but not at the Scull. Stepping inside is like entering an alternate universe with old brick walls, creaking wood floors and upscale dining in an environment that is unique and beyond explanation. The menu offers many options, and pricing is high, but you are paying for an experience and atmosphere that is priceless. We made a reservation and visited the week before Christmas so the musical entertainers played a variety of holiday songs along with old world favorites from the likes of Frand Sinatra to Johnny Cash. I can't say enough good things about this place other than to say you must go and see for yourself.

   What an experience. We had dinner before a show at the Roman and everything was great. I had the scallops. Prepared perfectly. My wife had the roasted chicken and she kept commenting on the sauce. It was great I highly recommend this place for a leisurely dinner before any event.

   We went there for sunday brunch and ann was our server she was great . She was so nice and knowledgeable on the history of the building and resturant, She was a sweetheart, On Monday we had to make fast plans and we went there for dinner , doogie s was our waiter and was awesome and full of energy and suggestions from the menu, Every few minutes he was checking on us , the bartenders made great drinks and didn’t keep us waiting , we are definitely going back there

   The vibe is so great! Small, intimate setting and music were just perfect. Then, to top it off, I had the most delicious meal.

   We were happy the restaurant comped the steak they had to cook twice but the evening was already ruined because the rest of the meal was cold. We won’t be back.
