My lasagna was burnt in the bottom that I could not cut it. They made us feel so rushed & wanted us out quickly.

Pros: homemade pasta was delicious. We ordered three varieties with different sauces. All great. Cons: Wrong cocktail served, had to ask for bread, salt, water refills and grated cheese. Impression: Would return. Great location in Times Square. Great pasta, but very busy and details suffer. Bathroom horrible/dirty on 1st floor. 2nd fl bathroom is hotel lobby.

We needed a quick change of plans for dinner and was able to get a table with a tight time budget. The service was excellent and almost over attentive. The food was good but not great. I felt like my short rib could have been more tender and the portion sizes were lacking. The Cesar salad was good sized but was $19. My husband’s shrimp pasta had maybe 6 shrimp. Everything had a good flavor but I’ve had better. This wouldn’t be a bad review at all if I haven’t had amazing Italian food. Don’t get me wrong, this is NOT a bad restaurant at all but I feel like there are better choices nearby.

I recently dined at Serafina and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. Service was inattentive—I had to ask for water twice before it arrived. The single, gender-neutral bathroom is located near the entrance, which in 20°F weather is far from ideal due to cold drafts. The food quality was subpar. Our appetizer of meatballs arrived at room temperature, and the bread was as hard as a rock. While the bread was improved after we asked for it to be replaced, the meatballs were still lukewarm. Additionally, the coffee, served before our cake, was also lukewarm, which detracted from what should have been a pleasant dessert experience. The only real benefit of dining here is its convenient location near the theaters. However, the lackluster service and inconsistent food quality make it difficult to recommend
