   I've eaten here a number of times over the years. The food is quite good; however, they are bordering on incompetent in terms of managing reservations. We went for New Years Eve dinner and had an 8:45 reservation. We were told they were 30 minutes behind schedule. We ended up getting seated about 35 minutes later. No apology. No free appetizer. No gift card to make up for their screw up. Things like this just can't happen. And it has happened before at Seasons. We had the same thing happen on Black Friday years past. What's the point in making a reservation if the restaurant can't honor it? There are just too many places to try to give this restaurant another chance. It's disappointing because the food here is good, but I'm not coming back on a special occasion or weekend night. They don't deserve our business.

   Waited 30 minutes to be seated for our 8:15 reservation because the restaurant was super packed & backed up. Not sure what the point of a reservation is when it is not confirmed. This gives me the impression that the restaurant is just allowing high volumes of reservations to be booked while not actually having sufficient tables available. Something to keep in mind.

   The food and service were excellent! Dan was attentive and checked on us several times. We enjoyed our meals and the desserts were just the right size. It is always LOUD in the restaurant, but was still a pleasant experience.

   The food and wine were very good and reasonably priced. The service was a little slow which could have been due to it being New Year's Eve.

   Our group of 5 dined at Season's 52 on New Year's Eve for a light, late afternoon meal. We had plans for a NYE dinner at another venue having a midnight celebration. We chose salads and appetizers for our meal, and all were very tasty and properly prepared. Our main complaint was the table we were seated at was in a cramped corner and when the adjacent table was occupied, parties at both tables had difficulty getting out of their seat. Also, one of our salads was not delivered with the rest of the dishes and we had to ask twice about getting the salad to our table.

   The food was delicious. Ordered the Filet Mignon and the Rainbow Trout. Both perfectly cooked and seasoned just right. Actually one of the best steaks I’ve had from a restaurant. The Lobster Tail however was not a hit. Can’t win them all though. We went for our One Year anniversary and told the restaurant about it when making the reservation and they went above and beyond to make us feel special. From the hostess behind the podium we got a warm “happy anniversary” and the hostess who took us to our table also the same greeting. The table had a beautifully hand written sign with “happy anniversary” as well as a card wishing us well and congratulating us on the milestone. The server was incredible and attentive. Also wishing us the same as well as bringing us 2 champagnes (complimentary)to toast our anniversary. It was all so wonderful and will be back again!

    We had excellent customer service, The food was cooked to perfection. The desert was the right to end a meal. The staff at Seasons 52 did an exceptional job. I will return.
