   I visit Seasons 52 often...one of our favorites. I really like their grilled pork chop. However, every once in a while it is overcooked. I ordered mine medium rare and it came almost well done. I could have sent it back....but we had waited a while for our dinner, and I did not want to make my party wait for me to extend out dinner.

   Host situation at this location was messy and not commutative. We waited an hour beyond our reservation being told, when asked, we were “next”. It colored the entire experience.

   Seasons 52 was a zoo tonite. Reception desk just inside front door had large crowd of diners waiting to be seated upon our arrival. We checked in a few minutes in advance of our reservation, and we were informed it would be about 10 minutes and handed a beeper. There were a lot of people waiting with very little room. I checked back after 15 minutes and were ultimately seated 25 minutes after our reservation. This was a bad experience by the time we were seated. Things were OK after that, food was quite good but we won’t return any time soon. This place needs to take a few less reservations so they can be honored on time and create additional space to wait to eliminate the front door chaos.

   The restaurant should have been closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22nd since both bathrooms were not in operation. Good hygiene could not be practiced.

    Food consistently good and well priced. LIke the caloric contents listed for each entree. We had a 5:30 pm reservation on a wednesday and were rushed by staff to get going and leave before we were ready to! Unacceptable!
