   I can't believe it, but after spending a LOT of money here over the past month, I will never return again. We have always been very pleased with the food and service until today. Our server was nice, not the problem. Food tasted good. Problem was both my daughter and I got very sick as soon as the meal was over (still at the restaurant but had just paid). I told the manager and she apologized and said she would tell the chef (we both had the same salad, no one else in our party of 5 had it and the rest were totally fine, so pretty sure it had to do with the steak salad). She asked if I had paid and when I told her yes she all she said was "shoot, well, I will tell the chef". Bummer

   Never had a bad meal. We resantly went to seasons inn Orlando and had the same great experience. We go at least once a month. Filet is all I can say.

   As usual this restaurant is among the best in Denver. Good ambience - knowledgeable wait staff and delicious food.

   All the staff was amazing and the manager visited our table to give my mom a rose and champagne for her birthday!

   Family dinner of 13 people after seeing A Christmas Carol at the Buell. Erin handled all of us PERFECTLY entirely by herself! Unbelievable! 8 adults, 3 children, 2 babies! Timing was spot on. She is the best waitress I’ve ever had and in my 73 years I’ve had a few. Thank you Seasons 52 and Erin for a perfect evening! So lucky to have chosen this wonderful restaurant! PS All of our Starters and Entrees and Desserts were YUM!

   Thanksgiving dinner, seated half hour after our reservation. Waitress was OUTSTANDING. Got the Thanksgiving dinner prefix which was excellent, except at 7PM, they were already out of stuffing. Bummer. Obviously not well planned by head chef or whoever. Food was outstanding, but delayed seating and no Thanksgiving turkey stuffing available at 7PM was a disappointment.

   Waited 30 minutes with small children even though we had a reservation. The food was really good and server was awesome but overbooking on a holiday and being surprised that people stay longer than normal just seems careless.

   I am a big fan of Seasons 52. We have spent the last (4) Thanksgiving dinners at Seasons, and have also dinned there over 12 times this year. Unfortunately, this year's experience was not as positive. We had a reservation at 5:00 PM but they could not accomadate us to 5:30 PM. The lobby was completely packed with guests that had also been delayed. I think the challenge was accepting too many reservations. For a better guest experience, reservations have to be capped, and there can be no walk ins on Thanksgiving Day. I believe that a strong consideration should be given to reducing the overall number of reservations to allow for an overall better guest experience. Our server Victoria was exceptional.

    Nice Thanksgiving meal. The restaurant was overbooked and running behind on seating guests. There was a long wait. The staff were stressed out. But the food was great as usual.
