   I was introduced to your restaurant by a friend who came there for her birthday, she told me l have to make a reservation, and so on Saturday November 16th l had reservations for 4pm, however l reported in 15 minutes before time and l and my friend we were escorted to a beautiful place to seat and our server came to attend us, who was very rude, arrogant yelling to us and telling us we had no reservations instead we walked in which was not true. I felt humiliated and my rights were violated.

   We’ve been to Seaglass a few times now before attending shows next door. Food has always been good, service is decent and it’s super convenient to walk to the music hall. We’ll continue to go and hopefully always have a good experience.

   Food was decent, I had the haddock and it was a good size portion cooked well. Potatoes were very under cooked. Drinks were excellent. I recommend the pumpkin whoopee pie martini for dessert. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation and they made us wait the 10 minutes even though dining room was mostly empty. Maybe a staff shift was taking place.

    I ordered the baked haddock ($31.00). It came covered in salty breadcrumbs and was not what would be considered a traditional baked piece of fish. As the breading was too salty, I moved the breadcrumbs off of the fish. It was then my husband (a chef by profession) noticed the fish was not cooked thoroughly. I sent it back. The server said “we will make you a new one”. The server returned within 5 minutes with my “new” entree. The piece of fish was not new. It was the same piece but was now rubbery and was obviously microwaved - there was no way they prepared a new meal in 5 minutes. I sent it back again. I am not one to complain but the meal was not edible. I did not opt to have another meal made and it was taken off of the bill. The server’s response to all of this was “I’m sorry you were not happy with your lunch”. Well I would have liked to have a safe, thoroughly and properly cooked lunch but after two tries, I lost faith. I was so disappointed as I was looking forward to dining here for weeks only to be let down.
