My wife and went here for the charcuterie. Food was ok, nothing special. Service was very slow. There seemed to be an issue going on in another part of the restaurant but it took our waitress over 10 minutes to begin to serve us. Wouldn’t go back when we can get the same charcuterie elsewhere with better service.

The service was extremely disappointing- it took over 15 minutes to get a drink, which was incorrect. Our cheese board was brought out with no explanation of what cheeses were which - when the board was put on the table, some grapes rolled on the table, the server picked them up and put them back on the cheese board with his hands. During the course of the “meal” no one checked in to see how the food was or if our drinks needed refreshed. We left after one drink and the cheese plate. There was another table complaining about how awful their experience was and instead of getting a manager, the police were brought in - terrible customer service! For a high end hotel, and a restaurant that was NOT busy, I would expect MUCH better.

First, when I made the reservation the indication on Open Table was that there was limited availability. As soon as I made the reservation, I received a phone call from the restaurant that very aggressively wanted to make sure that I was sure I would be able to make it and that I would be there on time. They did make me aware that there was a limited menu, however they could not tell me what was on the menu and told me I should check the write up in the local newspaper for the "Best Places for dinner on Valentine's Day" for the menu. We arrived about 20 minutes early and the restaurant was basically empty. We were seated immediately. The restaurant slowly filled up over the 90 minutes that we were at our table, but nowhere near filled up to justify the limited reservation times and initial call to confirm the reservation. From there they had a limited choice of wine by the glass and the one my wife chose was $25 per glass with a very small pour. The appetizers were good. Both my wife and I got the crab cakes. The entrees were poor. I had the half smoked chicken and it was over cooked and very dry. My wife had the beef tenderloin and it was also overcooked. I got the red velvet cake for dessert and it was average. Fortunately my wife got the creme brulee and it was good so we ended on a fairly positive note. Big disappointment for what you would expect from a high end hotel restaurant and a Valentine's Day dinner.

Located in the Loew's hotel Atlanta midtown. Beautiful hotel; very modern but not cold; quite welcoming atmosphere; lounge and lobby were busy. Food was perfect, beautifully presented. Beautiful desserts. Impeccable service, yet friendly, not pretentious. Atmosphere in the dining room was nice, modern, but not luxurious feel. A very good value, and convenient for pre-theater or concert dinner at the Woodruff Center. Valet parking is included with dinner, but the valets were overwhelmed and not very friendly; not a bad wait for car though; just not the same greeting you get at the Ritz, Four Seasons, or even the Marriott Marquis for that matter.

I have eaten here a few times for lunch, once for brunch, and now for dinner. Each time I have been impressed with the inventiveness of the menu, the offerings, and the execution of the chef. I think this is one of Midtown's underrated restaurants!

I came with my best friend for her birthday and overall, the experience was severely lacking in service and food. We arrived 10 mins early for a 8p reservation and had to wait to be seated because the hostess was frazzled with a crowd of patrons wanting to dine. She paced aimlessly throughout the restaurant. I don’t know what she was doing. Finally at 8:15 she sat us, only to wait another 5-10mins before we were greeted by our server and ordered food and drinks. We got the 2 person charcuterie. Portions were very small but overall it board was average. Our server disappeared for about 25mins and we had to flag another server to order more drinks and dessert. For a restaurant in a hotel on a Friday night, there should be more staff, and better trained at that. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. The price point isn’t worth the awful service to sit for 2hrs over an average cheeseboard.
