   Excellent experience all around. Food was wonderful, Eva our server was fantastic. Really enjoyed the entire evening. Highly recommend.

   We had the Chefs tasting menu and wine pairing. $195 and $110 each apiece. Food was among best I have ever had. All but one wine pairing perfect. Great service and ambience with ocean view and full moon was spectacular. An expensive evening, but a wonderful experience!

   It was delicious and we had a wonderful time. Service was impeccable!! It was a little expensive. We do wish the lobster bisque had been an option on the appetizers.

   My wife and I had a wonderful experience with assistance from Jeff and Kevin. The meal was prepared exactly to our liking and specifications. The live music was a nice touch also. We will be back next time on Amelia Island.

   Another outstanding dinner at Salt with Patti as our server. Drinks, wine, caviar service were all great - and our entrees (Dover Sole and Halibut) were sublime. Then to top things off we ordered chocolate soufflé, and it was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Wonderful place to celebrate life's special moments....

   Do not go famished hoping to get full. Like may high-end restaurants the chefs care about their artistic presentation than portion size. But if you go to feel special, they can help you with that.
