The place is incredible, from the entrance to all the decoration and props. The kids walked around as we were waiting for our food and loved all the “investigating”. Our server was nice but service was slow. The food was ok. The kettle chips i ordered were from a bag… the absolute highlight was the magician the kids found at a hidden bar. The guy was phenomenal!!

Had a reservation. Table wasn't ready when we got there. We were told it would be about 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we went back to the hostess who said she was sorry but she forgot about us because they were soooo busy. Well we were right there and No, they were not busy. The food was fine and at the end we asked for a "doggy bag". It was brought to us and then we waited, and waited, and waited. Our server never came back with the bill. After at least 15 - 20 minutes, we got up and walked over to the hostess area, and stood there. Again waiting. Finally a different server helped us out, and apologized. She gave us a discount even tough all we asked for was to pay. She clearly knew that service was lacking.

It’s just OK. Not at all like it used to be years ago. Our waitress was great but wait staff stressed trying to help many tables in our section. Bar service was slow to get drinks and it took almost 30 minutes to get our food order in. Food tasted good. Portions are small, and prices are high. Not a great value. The restaurant decor/theme was fun for the kids and first timers. The place is really run down now, several interactive area are damaged or removed. Scavenger hunt was fun, but the “prize” at the end was just a sticker (prizes years ago were more fun and spy themed). The magician was fun for kids. The exit “game” was broken and we needed wait staff help to leave. I’m not sure if we will plan to come back anytime soon.

The place definatly has a cool vibe to it and the way you get in is amazing....however it goes way downhill.from there we waited for a server to take.us to a table. After requesting a private area that was open amongst the many open tables she said ok then proceed to take us somewhere else (not listening) and with one place setting although there were 2 of us. The venue is super li.ited and the food was subpar at best. I re omend going foe.drinks skip.the food you will appreciate it!
