Had a wonderful anniversary date at the Establishment. Staff went above and beyond to make it special, in addition to fantastic food and great atmosphere. A much nicer, moody, fancy vibe inside than you’d guess from the website.

We loved our dinner at Amen! We arrived early for our reservation and had oysters, clams, and drinks at the bar before our dinner. So good! We had the surf and turf special and Lowcountry Bouillabaisse - both were delicious.

About the restaurant
Travis and Ryan Croxton debut their spinoff from the highly acclaimed Rappahannock Oyster Bar at Union Market in Washington, DC. They’ve even brought their DC Chef, Kevin Kelly, to man the kitchen at this outpost. This location in the historic Cigar Factory Building on East Bay Street, allows room for Chef Kelly to showcase more of his cuisine to a larger audience, including an incredibly unique 40 seat raw bar. Oysters grown by the Croxton’s own Rappahannock Oyster Company are accentuated, but Kelly’s signature dishes like lambs’n’clams, crabcakes, shrimp & grits and the best po’ boy you’ll ever eat are enough reasons in their own right for constant visits. Coupled with a great cocktail program and focus on local ingredients, ROB is a great place for any occasion.

About the restaurant
"King Claw is inspired by the low country, viet-cajun style of boil-in-a-bag seafood that retains all the juicy flavor combinations of the sea. We then add our own unique blend of spices to seal the deal. You won’t find our flavor combination anywhere else. We prepare our seafood fresh to order and encourage our patrons to get their hands dirty with our signature seafood combinations. We firmly believe in bonding over great food and drinks with family and friends, and what better way than to dig right in with your hands? Come open up a bag, where the juiciness awaits you."

The food was tremendous; just what we were hoping for based on the reviews. The GEM in your crown is your adorable server, Lysa! Her knowledge of the menu was outstanding but her CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE skills are 2nd to NONE!! She’s an outstanding representation of someone who enjoys what she does and it shows! We will be back and we will ask to be seated with Lysa if possible! 👍🏻👍🏻

About the restaurant
This waterfront locale is historically known as the launching site of our country's first submarine, the H.L. Hunley. Poised at the breach between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic, you can enjoy a meal amongst the spectacular sunset views and balmy ocean breezes of the Isle of Palms. Come early and have a cocktail at the Rooftop Bar while enjoying amazing views before dining.

We had a wonderful brunch experience today. I am truly pleased that the staff was so pleasant and were able to accommodate our party of 10! I had the breakfast fried rice, which came highly recommended by our wonderful waitress and it was phenomenal. The abundance of flavors in that dish definitely secured a visit from me in the future. The Cape Horn was the perfect brunch cocktail. Not only aesthetically pleasing but refreshingly delicious! Highly recommending a visit to The Longboard if you’re seeking a cozy, family friendly environment that excels in providing an elevated dining experience.
