When we started Big Top Brewing Company, there were no craft breweries in the Sarasota area and we set out to fix that. We wanted to compliment Sarasota’s historical associations with The Ringling Circus, performing arts, great architecture, the best art and design schools and world renown tourism.

The best way we could do that was to craft beer that our home town can be proud of. We plan to continue the tradition of the arts and help Sarasota add beer town to its identity. This may have been our best meal at By Patrik Pettersson. There were some new dishes on the menu - which is always changing - but the Vension was new and outstanding - melt in your mouth wonderful! The Branzino was great - and I don't like fish but I loved this dish! He had a new wine for us to try which was perfect with our dinner. I don't know where he finds them. All and all, I don't know how Patrik will top this dinner! The service is always wonderful and the people are always friendly but not overly so. Looking forward to our next meal there! Thanks for another wonderful experience at this hidden gem!

As always, this Ruth's Chris location delivers the most delicious food, the best ambiance, and excellent service. From the moment we were greeted to our departure, we knew we were in a first class steakhouse. Our server Janelle and her assistant, Haley made our evening perfect and we will definitely be coming back again.

Always a favorite stop of ours when we visit Sarasota. Food is always good, staff is always great. The live music is also fun. But can be a little loud but still sets the vibe.

Everything we ate was well prepared and tasty. We had wonderful miso soup, seaweed salad, the Godzilla roll, edamame and salmon sashimi. Have eaten here multiple time and each time more than satisfied!

Elements is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good, and the service is excellent. I always request to sit in the main dining room because it is quieter and a little more cozy than the other dining area.

Our server Priscilla was lovely. She was patient and helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu. That always makes a dining experience so much better. We were celebrating My Sons 30th birthday and had a really nice time. The food was delicious, and very fresh, service was quick, but not rushed. Margaritas were great. Every entrée and appetizer was delicious. Presentation was nice. The only thing I would change was the Birria tacos served on that wood tray, the wood was really rough and splintered and the bathroom was a hot mess and sinks were clogged. Honestly, we had a great time. We ordered extra entrées to bring home. We will definitely be back very soon. 100% recommend
