Bijoux Restaurant + Spirits is a full-service fine dining restaurant located in The Market Shops outside the front entrance to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Open for dinner seven nights a week, we feature the freshest Gulf seafood, prime steaks and an extensive award-winning wine list. Out go to location for fine dining! Lisa is our favorite server and the kitchen is great at accommodating special requests. I really appreciate that they are not snobbish.

Seagar's Prime Steaks and Seafood, located in the iconic Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa, is the area's only AAA Four-Diamond steakhouse. Seagar's specializes in the finest prime beef and freshest seafood available on Florida's Emerald Coast, and offers a wine list that has repeatedly garnered Wine Spectator's "Best of Award of Excellence."

Seagar's brings traditional elegance back to the fine-dining experience, complete with private dining options, captain service, sommelier service and tableside preparation of items that include steak Diane, Dover sole and its signature bananas foster.

Seagar's also features a private-reserve wine list of more than 600 wine labels. The lounge offers guests full dining service and live piano entertainment.

Dress code is Sophisticated Casual. Gentlemen are asked to wear collared shirts, long pants and closed toe shoes. Jackets not required but appreciated. No beachwear, athletic wear or casual attire including hats and flip-flops.

Perfect spot for a work dinner — server was great — and the only hiccup (overcooked steak) was handled quickly, professionally and fixed handled with complete satisfaction. Nice job.

my daughter and i had 2 drinks each and i had the lamb and she had the scallops. food was excellent. we got the buy one, get one half off snd with a$36 tip the dinner was $180

Our server (Daniel) was fantastic. He was extremely efficient explaining all the specials and very attentive to our needs. What a fantastic place to have dinner. I had the special salmon with brussel sprouts and it was amazing.
