It was a wonderful experience, food was delicious, felt like we were eating in a beautiful cabin, with the Christmas decorations and snow falling outside. Only thing I would recommend would be some non-alcoholic wine. Great place to catch up with friends.

We had another amazing dinner at Chop. We booked the private area which was missed, but the team was able to accommodate and adjust to still get us in. 10/10 great experience once again

Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

Overall it was a great night. Food came out slow but they were slammed all at once and the waiter Sunny proved to be a real professional. Without any complaints made about the slow service he took it upon himself to have one of our bottles of wine Comped for the wait. Excellent place to dine at, I highly recommend it.

BEST BURGER in town! Loved the shrimp appetizer leading up to it. I brought a friend for lunch - it has been some time since she's been here. Buchanan's is one of my favourite restaurants, always consistent, always friendly, and the food always so flavourful... Thank you
