The cuisine at Langdon Hall starts with looking out our kitchen windows. It is inspired by the seasons, wild produce growing in abundance on the property and the bounty of our kitchen gardens. Relationships have been built with our community farmers, foragers and artisans who hold similar beliefs of providing wholesome natural products that have been prepared with care and respect.

We create dishes with purpose, embraced with a story behind each relationship and provide a taste of the terroir of Langdon Hall. All the ingredients combined, create an experience like no other, so grand, so captivating that it is impossible to forget. As the seasons change, the menu changes to reflect the reaps of the harvest.

Delightful experience. The food was exquisite, as expected; a superb grasp of flavours and textures, highlighted by some unique ingredient inclusions. Cocktails were equally excellent — ultimately simple creations, but with wildly creative ingredients and top-tier execution. A wonderful meal from start to finish.

Visit our rejuvenated dining room & experience the best Waterloo Region has to offer. Chef Kyle and his team have been dreaming of ways to excite your palate! From Wagyu beef to the freshest fish & local produce, to our multi-course Tasting Menu, we are thrilled to have you back. Benoit, our restaurant manager, continues to build a wonderful selection of wines from around the world, with particular love for France. Theme nights are offered every two weeks on Wednesday's. These fun & flavour filled nights create an experience that will take you away from France to Mexico to Italy. Our theme nights are available for you every other week on Wednesday's.

The tasty pasta dish was still steaming long after it had been served! There were lots of fresh greens to round out the generous chicken sandwich. The rushing water through the gorge makes dining at the Elora Mill so unique.

My husband and I had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at CHOP! It was our first time and we will definitely be back. The staff treated us with over the top care and our server, Milo, made sure we had meals that we LOVED. Food was absolutely delicious! The ambience was perfect for a cozy date night together.
