All of the food lovely. Often with an afternoon tea one of the parts is disappointing but not with this one. Service friendly, and attentive without being smothering and very polite. Don’t be put off by the outside of the building - inside is lovely. Just excellent. Would recommend.

We recently enjoyed an excellent afternoon tea at The Parlour. The menu featured a delightful selection of savory and sweet dishes, with several creative and unique twists that were particularly impressive. Excellent, attentive service. They were also very accommodating to a variety of dietary requirements. Nothing was too much trouble. I notified them at the time of the booking, and they confirmed the requirements two days before. The food was excellent. We had several rounds of savouries and scones. I have experienced several London afternoon teas, and I would recommend Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. We celebrated my 50th birthday, so don't worry if it is an adult-only booking.

This place was suggested by a friend and it did not disappoint. From the lobby, to the waiting area to the table. We were lucky enough to be seated at a window. All of the food at the afternoon tea was exceptional. Our waiter Diego did an excellent job of recommending champagne and tea. The price was well worth the money, 10/10 recommend.
