PLEASE NOTE: Our Omakase experience is centered around a curation of the freshest fish and seafood. As such, we are unable to accommodate shellfish allergies, gluten-free nor vegan/vegetarian diets.

SHINBAY is Arizona's first and only Omakase restaurant. This exotic, multi-course dining experience ignites all the senses and inspires guests to explore uncharted flavors. Dinner is $250 per person, not including beverages and tax. Please allow approximately two hours for the dining experience. Dress code is casual and comfortable. We offer two seatings each evening, at 5:45 pm and 8:00 pm. Due to limited seating capacity, we require a credit card number to guarantee reservations. Cancellation fees apply, see policy within credit card details. Increases in party size not guaranteed.

Incredible experience, tons of amazing and rare foods. Chefs tell you all about what you are eating, where it is from, and the food is incredible. Small intimate feel with music makes the atmosphere shine. You are able to watch the chefs prepare the food, and see how much effort and pride they take in preparing the best sushi you could ever have. Expensive, but a treat if you’re able to go.

We celebrated our friend Lisa last night and the food was outstanding. The service was exceptional and the place was bustling with energy! I highly suggest Toscana if you want great authentic Italian Food, good atmosphere and staff that really care including the owner!

Really conflicted about rating this hidden gem I want to be able to get a reservation without issue. But it is an outstanding place for a lovely French bistro meal .
